Renewals

Every year CAS are required to submit 20 Continuing Education credits, a signed code of conduct, and pay the renewal fee.

You can complete these actions by logging in here:

CAS who want to renew via US Mail, can download the PDF and mail it to our office with the continuing education certificates and check.

CAS Annual Renewal Fees
Renewal/Recertification: $85

Late Fee: $35
Extension Request Fee: $35
Emeritus/Retired Status: $25
Mailed Laminated Card: $15
Mailed Wall Certificate: $20

*After your initial certification, if you have the education and experience, you can add a specialization of “disordered gambling” or “eating disorders” by submitting the above documentation and associated fee as noted on the form.
